Returns Policy
We believe in keeping our customers happy with great products and superb service. But hardly, in case of an unfortunate event that you need to return or exchange your item, please contact our Customer Service for instructions on returning or exchanging the item.
* This Item is Brand New
* Actual Images of item are shown above
* Returns must be made within 7 days of the item’s receipt.
* QuixPal does not reimburse any shipping charges.
* Buyer’s shipping charges (to and from) on return(s) are non-refundable.
* The Refund will be in mode of exchange only.
* The buyer pays shipping fees.
* Return items should include the original packaging and accessories.
* When returning a package, please make sure you do insure the package, use sufficient packaging, and use a shipping carrier that has tracking capabilities as QuixPal is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
* Once your package has been received, please allow 7-10 business days for our Returns Department to verify the returned contents and issue either a refund or an exchange.
* We currently do not allow for walk in returns or exchanges at our location.
